Job Summary

The Data AI Model role, titled Machine Learning Engineer and positioned as a Senior Systems Engineer, is designed for a skilled professional with 3-8 years of experience in software development and engineering. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP), to support the organization's AI initiatives. The position contributes to advancing the company's data-driven decision-making capabilities and enhancing automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models using programming languages such as Python and R.
• Utilize machine learning frameworks including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for model development.
• Apply NLP libraries like NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford CoreNLP to process and analyze textual data.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and ensure smooth deployment and maintenance.
• Engage with ticketing systems and auditing processes to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in machine learning, NLP, or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python and R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries: NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford CoreNLP.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices including Agile development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles focused on machine learning and AI.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying machine learning and NLP models.
• Experience with automated process development and maintenance.

Environment

• Work location: Bangalore.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Work mode: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).
• Shift timing: 12:30 AM IST to 9:30 PM IST.

Salary

• Estimated salary: ₹2,500,000 INR per annum.
