Job Summary

We are seeking a Golang Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable, high-performance applications. This role is critical in delivering robust backend solutions while collaborating closely with product managers and other developers to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver robust backend solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper testing and documentation.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang and Node.js (5+ years combined backend development).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and Event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good understanding of performance tuning and security best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Experience

5-7 years of proven experience in full-stack development, particularly focusing on Golang and Node.js.

Environment

This role is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai – Shollinganallur. The candidate must be an immediate joiner or available within 10 days.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is 5 to 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
