Our founders, angel investors & advisors come with experience of building and leading global organizations themselves.   The Role   Responsibilities   Design, build and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems to support our applications and services   Implement automation tools and frameworks for provisioning, configuration and deployment of infrastructure components   Develop and implement and comprehensive monitoring strategy to monitor health, performance and availability of infrastructure, services and applications   Evaluate and implement monitoring tools and technologies to support monitoring strategy   Analyze monitoring data and metrics trends to identify performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and areas for optimization.   Participate in incident management and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions   Collaborate with cross functional teams for documenting designs, processes and best practices.   Requirements   Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field.   Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as Site Reliability Engineer or similar with focus on monitoring.   Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solutions for complex distributed systems.   Proficiency in monitoring tools and technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, or similar.   Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash   Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.   Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation   Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.   Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams   Nice to have   Cloud certification (AWS / GCP / Azure)   Experience of maintaining and monitoring large scale distributed systems   Experience of developing and implementing monitoring strategies from scratch   Working at xalts:   Be part of something exciting.
