Job Summary

We are seeking entrepreneurial and driven City Business Heads (CBH) to spearhead the offline business across multiple locations in India. The CBH will be responsible for setting up city operations from scratch, building and managing a team of Relationship Managers/Advisors, driving client acquisition and investments into financial products, and reporting directly to the Regional Head. This high-impact leadership role will play a pivotal part in shaping the offline distribution model across India.

Responsibilities

• Set up city operations and establish a strong presence in the designated area.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Relationship Managers/Advisors.
• Drive client acquisition efforts and increase investments in financial products.
• Ensure the implementation of sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Oversee MIS reporting, compliance, and corporate governance related to operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong skills in sales, particularly in banking and retail financial products.
• Excellent team leadership and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with financial products, including fixed deposits, corporate bonds, and mutual funds.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and compliance procedures.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with solid motivational skills.
• Experience in operations setup and talent sourcing for effective team building.
• Excellent networking and partnerships skills.
