<div>We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Content Builder. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact, by:</div>
<div>Prospecting and Qualifying: Identifying and building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for our coaching programs.<br />
Sales Presentations & Consultations: Delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value and ROI of our coaching solutions, tailoring them to each client's specific challenges and goals.<br />
Content Creation & Marketing: Developing engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, ebooks, and webinars, to attract and educate potential clients about the benefits of corporate coaching.<br />
Social Media Management: Building and managing our social media presence, creating content that sparks conversations and drives awareness of our coaching programs.<br />
Lead Generation & Conversion: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and converting them into paying clients.<br />
Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking key metrics, analyzing sales performance, and providing insights to improve our outreach and conversion strategies.<br />
You are a great fit if you have:</div>
<div>Proven sales experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a track record of exceeding targets.<br />
Content creation expertise: Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.<br />
Coaching knowledge: An understanding of corporate performance coaching principles and their impact on businesses.<br />
Passion for learning & development: A genuine interest in personal and professional growth, both for yourself and others.<br />
Self-motivated & results-oriented: A proactive and driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding expectations.<br />
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport with clients, listen actively, and articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.<br />
Tech-savvy and adaptable: Familiarity with various marketing and sales tools, and a willingness to learn new technologies.</div>
