 Share AP MIS with management.

 Come out with productivity plans for the team

 KPI based TAT for invoices

 Implementation of Zoho purchase order

 Own TDS compliance along with the tax team

 Vendor ledger reconciliation

 Have control of vendor master

 Mange team of 3

 Excellent GST knowledge
