Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA SDET Automation Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks, integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring product quality in fast-paced Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, QA) to identify testing requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve automation-related issues.
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional and regression test scenarios.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in automation testing using Java and Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Java.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven/Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave).
• Certification in QA/Automation Testing (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent).

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automation testing.

Environment

• Work location is Hybrid (3 days a week in the Noida location).
