Social Media & Fundraising Intern
Job Summary
The Social Media & Fundraising Intern will play a vital role in supporting CLiC’s online presence, boosting engagement, and assisting with fundraising efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign design, donor outreach, and social media strategy—contributing directly to the organization’s growth and fundraising goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and growth of CLiC’s online presence and digital engagement.
- Observe and analyze the effectiveness of past campaigns and assist in designing innovative new campaigns.
- Assist in the launch and management of crowdfunding initiatives to support fundraising goals.
- Connect with current and potential donors, and track the performance of outreach efforts.
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content creation, social media scheduling tools, or graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or fundraising concepts.
- Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting outreach data.
- Interest or background in the nonprofit sector.
Experience
- Minimum Experience Required: 0 years (Freshers welcome).
- Previous internships, volunteer work, or project experience in social media management, digital marketing, or fundraising will be valued but are not mandatory.
Environment
- Location: Jaipur, Delhi, or hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).

- Typical office hours with flexibility as per project needs.
Salary
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
