Job Description
<div>About the Role<br />
We are looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Sales professional who can acquire and grow clients needing fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate understands the pain points of e-commerce/D2C brands/FMCG brands and can position our end-to-end fulfillment capabilities as the solution that drives scale, speed, and customer delight.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. New Client Acquisition<br />
• Identify and prospect brands, sellers enterprises in need of fulfillment<br />
services.<br />
• Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, industry events, and<br />
partnerships.<br />
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer supply chain challenges<br />
and fulfillment gaps.<br />
2. Solution Selling<br />
• Pitch our fulfillment offerings: warehousing, inventory management,<br />
pick/pack/ship, returns, and value-added services.<br />
• Run product demos, walkthroughs of our tech platform, and explain SLAs,<br />
pricing, and integration capabilities (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).<br />
• Create customized proposals based on order volume, storage needs, and<br />
operational complexity.</div>

<div>3. Deal Closure & Onboarding Support<br />
• Negotiate commercials, finalize contracts, and close deals against monthly<br />
and quarterly targets.<br />
• Coordinate with operations, onboarding, and product teams to ensure<br />
smooth go-live for every account.<br />
• Maintain accurate records of pipelines and deals in CRM<br />
4. Account Growth<br />
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (multi-warehouse setup, sameday<br />
delivery, VAS, custom packaging, etc.).<br />
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to improve revenue per client and<br />
reduce churn.5. Client Engagement<br />
• Meet clients to diagnose operational bottlenecks, order delays, integration<br />
issues, or stuck cases.<br />
• Use data and analytical thinking to identify root causes and implement<br />
solutions.<br />
• Work closely with Operations, Product, and Warehouse teams to ensure onground<br />
fixes.</div>
<div>6. Team Management & Coaching<br />
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers.<br />
• Set targets, review performance, and drive accountability through structured<br />
bi-weekly reviews.<br />
• Support team members in complex calls, negotiations, and proposal<br />
creation.<br />
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear processes and sales hygiene.<br />
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.<br />
Requirements<br />
• 7–11 years of B2B sales experience (e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, SaaS, or<br />
supply chain preferred).<br />
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, 3PL operations, e-commerce workflows,<br />
and logistics metrics.<br />
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and commercial negotiation skills.<br />
• Ability to run structured sales cycles and close medium-to-large deals.<br />
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management.<br />
• Experience in leading & growing team of sales executives/managers in previous<br />
companies.</div>

• Existing network of FMCG companies, D2C founders, Amazon/Flipkart sellers,<br />
logistics heads, or supply chain managers.<br />
• Experience selling tech-enabled services or fulfillment/3PL solutions.<br />
• Exposure startup environments and fast-paced scale-ups</div>
