If that sounds like a culture you would like to be part of & you want to positively contribute towards the rapid evolution that is improving financial well-being & growth in credit inclusion for millions of Indians Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a seasoned analytics professional with a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for the business Data scientist will be responsible for ● Execution of analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across the lending domain ● Data analysis and appropriate recommendations that clearly communicate complex analysis. ● Developing credit and fraud risk models by applying advanced AI/ML techniques. ● Design of experiments, testing hypotheses, and building actionable models to optimize KPIs ● Building data driven solutions for different stages of customer journey ● Working closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams Technical Skills and Experience ● 1-3 years’ experience in Analytics, experience in a Fintech, preferably in business lending will be appreciated ● Hands-on expertise with Python or R and SQL ● Skilled in building Machine Learning Models. Exposure to deep learning will be preferable ● Experience in risk management of lending products for acquisition or across the lifecycle of consumer credit is preferable ● Technology-driven mindset, digitally curious, up-to-date with digital and technology literature, trends ● Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills Location - Bangalor
