Job Description

 Responsible and accountable for Sales & Business Development strategies and execution
of the same for the region in line with the broader zonal / corporate directives.
 Responsible for increasing sales/ AUM of the assigned region as per targets in addition to
coordinating, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned region.
 Will have direct responsibility to develop and grow key accounts i.e., large MFDs in their
region and mapped to the Regional Head.
Key Responsibility Areas
 Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
 Co-ordinating with the Chief Managers in the assigned region to devise strategies and
operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.
 Ensure growth of business & monitor periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized /
MFDs empanelled / new investors acquired.
 Ensuring that the Chief Managers & the Relationship Managers in the region meet their
sales target individually as well as collectively where sales targets are defined in terms of
quantity and quality of funds.
 Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of Chief Managers in the assigned region and co-
ordinating with the respective departments / personnel.
 Liasoning with the Dept. of Funds Management and Registrars and devising ways to
provide value added services to the client.
 Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of UFCs in the assigned region with
respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customer relationships (in
co-ordination with the Chief Managers & Relationship Managers).
 Linkages to Regional stakeholders who influence sales.
