Responsible and accountable for Sales & Business Development strategies and execution
of the same for the region in line with the broader zonal / corporate directives.
Responsible for increasing sales/ AUM of the assigned region as per targets in addition to
coordinating, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned region.
Will have direct responsibility to develop and grow key accounts i.e., large MFDs in their
region and mapped to the Regional Head.
Key Responsibility Areas
Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.
Co-ordinating with the Chief Managers in the assigned region to devise strategies and
operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.
Ensure growth of business & monitor periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized /
MFDs empanelled / new investors acquired.
Ensuring that the Chief Managers & the Relationship Managers in the region meet their
sales target individually as well as collectively where sales targets are defined in terms of
quantity and quality of funds.
Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of Chief Managers in the assigned region and co-
ordinating with the respective departments / personnel.
Liasoning with the Dept. of Funds Management and Registrars and devising ways to
provide value added services to the client.
Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of UFCs in the assigned region with
respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customer relationships (in
co-ordination with the Chief Managers & Relationship Managers).
Linkages to Regional stakeholders who influence sales.
