Job Description
<div> Responsible and accountable for Sales &amp; Business Development strategies and execution<br />
of the same for the region in line with the broader zonal / corporate directives.<br />
Responsible for increasing sales/ AUM of the assigned region as per targets in addition to<br />
coordinating, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned region.<br />
Will have direct responsibility to develop and grow key accounts i.e., large MFDs in their<br />
region and mapped to the Regional Head.</div>
<div>Key Responsibility Areas</div>
<div> Growth, Expenses &amp; Profitability parameters of the channel are executed.<br />
Co-ordinating with the Chief Managers in the assigned region to devise strategies and<br />
operational issues for augmenting sales and increasing AUM.<br />
Ensure growth of business &amp; monitor periodical targets in terms of funds mobilized /<br />
MFDs empanelled / new investors acquired.<br />
Ensuring that the Chief Managers &amp; the Relationship Managers in the region meet their<br />
sales target individually as well as collectively where sales targets are defined in terms of<br />
quantity and quality of funds.<br />
Facilitating sales and marketing efforts of Chief Managers in the assigned region and co-<br />
ordinating with the respective departments / personnel.<br />
Liasoning with the Dept. of Funds Management and Registrars and devising ways to<br />
provide value added services to the client.<br />
Monitoring and analyzing the efforts and performance of UFCs in the assigned region with<br />
respect to their sales effort, target achievement and managing customer relationships (in<br />
co-ordination with the Chief Managers &amp; Relationship Managers).<br />
Linkages to Regional stakeholders who influence sales.</div>
