Job Summary

The Program Manager at Scaler School of Technology will play a pivotal role in architecting transformative learning journeys and career outcomes for young engineers. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that requires collaboration with inspiring leaders to enhance the student experience and manage mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solving and Execution

  • Design policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and address operational issues.
  • Execute and analyze initiatives, providing both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Pressure test initiatives of team members and provide necessary execution support.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement and automation.

• Project Management

  • Develop and execute detailed operations plans to meet objectives.
  • Monitor and transparently report on program progress for strategic decision-making.
  • Establish systematic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program execution efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
  • Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats across the organization.

• People Management

  • Foster team alignment on Key Results (KRs), ensuring targets are challenging yet attainable.
  • Document and report on team performance, tracking inputs, outputs, and overall impact.
  • Strategically staff programs to promote individual growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-6 years in startups, multinational corporations (MNCs), e-commerce, or new-age internet companies.
• Skills:
  • Strong program management and execution skills.
  • Excellent people management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about education and technology in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional top-down communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tech education or related sectors would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies can be a plus.

Experience

3-6 years of relevant experience in a startup, e-commerce, or technology-driven environment.
