Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales through paid campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.). • Manage budgets, forecasts, and campaign pacing, ensuring efficient allocation of spend. • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates. • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and user journey. • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and report actionable insights to stakeholders. • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. • Scale high-performing campaigns and continuously explore new growth opportunities.
