Subject : Discussion on Head of Product designer.

Requirements :

 

1.Candidate should have 9 years of experience.

2. Target should be product based companies.

3. Qualification : Design education background, if he/she is not from design education background then B2B Saas background is must.

4. Must have team management experience ( Min 5 folks )  which consists of any designers Graphic designers, UI/UX designers etc.

 

5. Budget : 72 Lakhs ( Fixed ) 10% Variable ( If they really liked the candidate, that may go up to 85 Lakhs.

 

Organisation structure : 3 folks in total manageing philippines and India .

 

Interview Process :

 

1st Round HR : 10 Min.

2nd Round : CTO, Ravi pratap ( 45 Min )

3rd Round : Director of Marketing & Director of product ( 1 Hrs )

4rd Round : Assignment round 

5th Round : Face to face round at office ( 3 to 4 hrs ), they can make candidate fly down to Bangalore.
