Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Marketing & Performance Optimization:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on performance marketing, SEO, and ancillary channels.
    • Lead end-to-end management of LinkedIn marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring optimal ROI and brand visibility.
    • Work closely with analytics teams to monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics across channels.
  • Scaling Ancillary Channels:
    • Identify, test, and scale ancillary marketing channels to support and drive incremental user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives with overall product and business strategies.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine channel strategies, manage budgets, and ensure that each campaign achieves its targets.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Report directly to the founders, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations based on performance analysis.
    • Work in tandem with product, sales, and content teams to ensure the marketing strategy is aligned with business goals.
    • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Educational Background:
    • Must be an alumnus from a premier institute (IIT or NIT preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrable expertise in growth marketing, SEO, and/or performance marketing.
    • Proven track record in scaling ancillary channels, with quantitative achievements to showcase your impact.
    • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
    • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush).
    • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
    • A proactive, experimental mindset capable of driving continuous improvement in all marketing initiatives.
