React JS Technical Lead - Senior Tech Lead - Frontend Development (React)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead with strong expertise in Frontend Development using React to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead frontend initiatives while hands-on contributing to complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in React-based application development.
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Drive technical decisions and establish frontend development best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Development & Implementation

  • Build responsive, user-centric web applications with modern UI frameworks.
  • Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and SEO techniques.
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration.

• Project Management & Collaboration

  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and coordinate team execution.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies (Scrum).
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise

  • 8+ years of frontend development experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management (Redux) and modern React patterns.
  • Expertise in responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks (TailwindCSS, Material-UI, etc.).
  • API integration experience (REST, GraphQL).

• Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with performance optimization and web standards.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and development tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Experience in B2B/SaaS application development.

Experience

• Minimum of 8+ years in frontend development, with a minimum of 4+ years in leadership roles.
