Lightspeed has several funds and SPVs based out of Mauritius. Sanne Mauritius (Apex) is the current administrator for these funds/ SPVs. The investing activity is primarily in India and Southeast Asia. Lightspeed also has teams in US as well as India who interact with these funds on a regular basis. Lightspeed is looking to hire a senior professional in Mauritius to help with the increased activity of the funds:  Responsible for the Mauritius operations and activities of the Lightspeed funds/ SPVs, working in close coordination with teams in US and India. Working under the supervision of the Board and other designated individuals globally.  Coordination and oversight of day‐to‐day matters, working alongside with the administrator. These matters include sale or purchase of investments, audits, compliance with tax, legal and regulatory affairsin Mauritius, participating in cashmanagement including capital calls and other activities as directed by the Board or Lightspeed globally.  Responsible for annual/quarterly financial accounts and audits, overseeing the work of administrators as per SOPs.  Supporting Lightspeed in taking key decisions around compliance and regulatory environment impacting Lightspeed operations in Mauritius. This includes ensuring timely completion of all compliance related activities.
