We are looking for a high-calibre Evergreen Product<br /> Management Associate to join our India-based team and integrate into this global setup.<br /> This is an execution-critical role requiring exceptional attention to detail and outstanding<br /> PowerPoint skills. The Associate will support core evergreen materials and recurring product<br /> and distribution processes, working closely with the global evergreen product management<br /> team and senior stakeholders across geographies. The role is well suited for someone with 3-4<br /> years of experience from investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, who<br /> takes pride in precision, structure, and consistently high-quality output.<br /> The Associate will report directly to the Global Head of Evergreen Product Management and<br /> collaborate daily with colleagues across New York, London, Stockholm, Singapore, and Sydney.<br /> Key responsibilities<br /> Marketing, client &amp; executive materials (core focus)<br /> ● Support Global Head of Evergreen Product Management with executive level<br /> presentations<br /> ● Own periodic and ad-hoc updates of evergreen pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, and<br /> related client-facing materials<br /> ● Own development of new evergreen product marketing materials<br /> ● Ensure high quality folder management and alignment across EQT&rsquo;s evergreens<br /> ● Support website and data room updates in close coordination with internal teams,<br /> ensuring alignment across all channels<br /> Sales &amp; distribution support<br /> ● Support recurring sales tracking processes (e.g. weekly sales logs, books-out tracking)<br /> ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow into systems<br /> such as Salesforce<br /> ● Support development of new dashboards and maintenance of existing ones</div> <div>● Help scale processes as the number of distributors and products increases</div> <div>RFI &amp; information request support<br /> ● EQT has a dedicated RFI team, which will coordinate RFIs and respond to standard<br /> questions. However, the Evergreen Product Management team, which you will be part<br /> of, is responsible for drafting RFI answers outside of the standard questions, requiring<br /> critical and commercial thinking to answer<br /> ● Support the preparation and coordination of RFIs, ensuring inputs are captured<br /> accurately and responses are delivered in a structured and timely manner<br /> Process standardisation &amp; scale<br /> ● Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, and document recurring processes<br /> ● Support automation initiatives where applicable, with the goal of building a scalable<br /> evergreen operating model<br /> Key requirements<br /> ● Outstanding attention to detail<br /> ● Exceptional PowerPoint skills - strong visual judgment, clean structuring, and ability to<br /> work efficiently in complex decks<br /> ● 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private<br /> equity, or a similarly demanding environment<br /> ● Strong experience working with client-facing materials and complex documentation<br /> ● Highly structured, organised, and reliable, with strong ownership of deliverables<br /> ● Ability to work independently after onboarding, while meeting recurring deadlines<br /> ● Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and global teams across time zones<br /> ● Strong written and spoken English skills<br /> What success looks like<br /> ● Evergreen materials are consistently accurate, polished, and ready for external use<br /> ● Updates are delivered reliably with minimal rework required<br /> ● Processes become increasingly standardised and scalable over time<br /> Why join EQT<br /> This role offers the opportunity to join an established global team at the centre of EQT&rsquo;s<br /> evergreen platform.
