Product Manager - AI SaaS

Job Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for owning end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products and customers. This role will involve managing the product roadmap, liaising with engineering and machine learning teams to incorporate new features, and ensuring seamless deployment at key clients. The ideal candidate will utilize their experience in the AI SaaS industry to drive product execution, interface with clients, and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products/customers.
• Manage and enhance the product roadmap, incorporating new features as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams to develop new product features.
• Lead the deployment process at key client sites.
• Deliver AI SaaS products from inception to deployment, leveraging 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Interface with customers, product teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage customer expectations, handle onboarding processes, and promote long-term satisfaction.
• Provide support for travel related to client meetings and implementations.
• Stay attentive to details, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in product delivery for AI SaaS startups, with demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of interfacing with customers and tech teams, managing expectations and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as chatbots.
• Excellent communication skills, attentiveness, and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software deployment in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of the latest AI trends and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in product delivery and management, particularly within AI SaaS contexts.

Environment

• The role is based in Noida, Sector 16, and requires working from the office.
