What you’ll be doing:<br /> · You will be a part of core brand team working on Growth strategy<br /> · Work closing with the growth team to drive performance and digital marketing<br /> · Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with <br /> marketing strategies<br /> · Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness<br /> · Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand <br /> consistency<br /> · Identify and maintain a list of top influencers for outreach and work to partner with <br /> them for Instagram, YouTube and any other . with a focus on the INDIA market.<br /> · Decoding briefs and creating influencer marketing solutions that can be translated <br /> into achievable business objectives.<br /> · Conceptualizing & implementing campaigns in partnership with affiliates.<br /> · Recognizing Following social media trends and suggesting new content strategies for <br /> influencer marketing.<br /> · Develops and maintains the brand voice and tone.<br /> · Use data-driven marketing to guide all copy decisions.<br /> · Visualise creatives and work with a team of designers<br /> · Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.<br /> · Presents creative briefs and finished projects to the company’s stakeholders.<br /> Requirements:<br /> · Excellent verbal communication skills<br /> · Hands on experience with social media management for brands<br /> · Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics<br /> · Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels<br /> · Attention to detail and ability to multitask<br /> · Have a sound understanding of the social media, meme culture, creators and <br /> entertainment industry trends<br /> · Ability to work independently yet with a large team, organize, set priorities and <br /> complete work within given deadlines
