Seeking a result-oriented and self-motivated professional for the role of Area Manager – Cross Sell. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Teams (DST) and self sourcing. The role will also focus on cross-selling other financial products to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST)

·       Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate business.

·       Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products (e.g., Personal Loan, Business Loan) to LAP/Mortgage customers.

·       Engage with internal teams including branches and tele-calling units for lead generation and conversions.

·       Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.

·       Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.

·       Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.

·       Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

 

Candidate Requirements

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.

·       Hands-on experience in direct sourcing through DST and self sourcing.

·       Proven ability to cross-sell loan products.

·       Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

·       Strong understanding of secured loan documentation and process.

·       Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
