Job Summary
The Area Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) will play a crucial role in selling LAP products and implementing strategic initiatives to exceed regional goals. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. The Area Manager will ensure the effective distribution of these financial products and support customers throughout the application process.
Responsibilities
- Sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products to achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute LAP strategies for monthly and quarterly goals.
- Identify potential channel partners based on defined profiles and ensure partnerships align with business plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and individual stakeholders to facilitate business leads.
- Control and monitor the distribution network and plan sales promotion activities to increase product reach.
- Assist customers in documentation and building application files while addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure optimal turnaround time (TAT) and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to customers regarding loan statuses and necessary resolutions.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain databases and Management Information Systems (MIS), providing regular reports on activities.
- Cross-sell insurance and related products to enhance revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: PGDM / MBA from a reputable institute with a specialization in sales and marketing or finance.
- Experience: min 4 years in sales, specifically in selling Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be up to 35 years old.

- Strong understanding of business financials and ability to assess the health of credit cases.
- Proven skills in relationship building and networking.
