Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with advanced technical and functional knowledge in software development. This role is pivotal in influencing decisions and enhancing processes within the team, and it involves working independently on complex projects as dictated by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications and define user requirements for the development of new or upgraded software solutions.
• Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies; propose viable solutions to Product Management for validation.
• Develop software adhering to industry standards, including modeling and designing databases.
• Conduct unit, package, and performance tests, ensuring a level of quality in line with established guidelines.
• Participate in the validation phase of the product cycle, adjusting as necessary to finalize the product.
• Provide customer support by debugging existing solutions in collaboration with the Product Manager or Product Definition Analyst.
• Produce and issue necessary software documentation to the requesting departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• 5-10 years of software development experience in the technology industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing software using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficient in C++, Advanced C++, SQL, and JSON.
• Professional software development experience with Standard Template Library and Unix/Linux, including Shell Scripting.
• Experience in modeling, designing, and implementing databases (RDBMS) like Oracle with PL/SQL experience.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to effectively analyze and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UI/UX design and development.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools/concepts (CI/CD pipeline, automation) would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant software development experience in the technology industry.
• Experience in debugging and fixing memory leaks.
