Job Summary

The SAP ABAP Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs, including RAP (Rapid Application Programming), SAP GUI, OData services, and CDS (Core Data Services). This role plays a critical part in enhancing existing SAP applications and troubleshooting issues, thereby ensuring smooth operations in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs including RAP, SAP GUI, OData, and CDS.
• Work on enhancements such as Business Add-Ins (BADI), Application Programming Interfaces (API), and custom fields.
• Configure and set up Application Interface Framework (AIF) development and SPROXY integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SAP applications to ensure system functionality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 9 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in ABAP and BASIS in S/4 HANA and the Modern ABAP stack.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GUI, Eclipse ABAP Development Tools, and Fiori Launchpad.
  • Proficient in AIF development, configuration, and SPROXY.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SoapUI, Postman, and Lenses.
• Education: Relevant educational qualifications in Computer Science or related fields preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Functional areas, specifically:
  • SAP Functional – HCM (Human Capital Management)
  • SAP Functional – Sales & Distribution
• Experience with SAP Hybris Testing.
