Job Summary

The TCS iON ERP Support role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of TCS iON ERP systems within the organization. This position involves addressing day-to-day user issues, enhancing user capabilities, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day TCS iON ERP tickets and resolve user issues promptly.

• Maintain issue trackers and manage master-data changes in the ERP system.
• Train users on system functionalities and test fixes/releases for effectiveness.
• Prepare basic reports and Management Information System (MIS) documentation.
• Aim to become the internal Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for TCS iON ERP queries.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Experience: Hands-on experience with TCS iON ERP is required.
• Educational Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and basic report preparation.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production modules within ERP systems.
• Experience in training users on ERP systems.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in ERP support or a similar role.
