Role Overview We are looking for a Program Manager to take complete ownership of our flagship courses. This role will be at the center of driving the program’s growth, quality, and learner success. You will act as the key link between departments like Content, Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Operations, ensuring the course is not only delivered seamlessly but also continuously improved and scaled. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing new layers on the existing product, introducing innovations, and driving customer success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys building scalable products and processes. Key Responsibilities ● Program Ownership: Take full responsibility for one course/product, managing its development, delivery, and performance. ● Customer Success: Ensure learners’ success and satisfaction through structured support systems, feedback loops, and proactive engagement. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively across multiple teams (content, design, tech, marketing, sales) to deliver on program goals. ● Continuous Improvement: Upgrade and enhance the product with new features, modules, and learning experiences based on learner feedback and industry trends. ● Process & Operations: Establish and optimize systems for program execution, performance tracking, and reporting. ● Growth & Strategy: Identify and execute opportunities to scale the program, improve engagement, and expand reach. ● Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze KPIs (enrollments, retention, completion rates, learner feedback, NPS) to guide program improvements. Requirements ● 2-4 years of experience in program management, product management, or customer success (preferably in education, edtech, or product-driven industries). ● Prior experience in scaling a startup or product vertical is strongly preferred. ● Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives. ● Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership and execution mindset. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both learners and internal teams. ● A passion for education and building impactful learning products. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
