Job Description
Content Creation: Create and manage compelling digital content—graphics, videos,
and infographics - for web, blog, emails, and socials, all aligned with Sula’s brand
identity.
• Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategies to increase
brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, and LinkedIn, and monitor trends, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand
ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility and manage relationships to
ensure alignment with Sula’s marketing objectives.
• Budgeting: Prepare marketing budget and monitor expenses to ensure costeffectiveness. Track and report on budget performance, providing recommendations
for adjustments, as necessary.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with agency partners and stakeholders across level to
