You will be a critical early signal in BVP India's investment pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, AI agentic automation, and investment research. You will work directly with investment Partners and Associates. Analysts are often founders' first touchpoint with the firm.

Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Pipeline • Track early- to growth-stage startups (Seed–Series C/D) using a combination of ecosystem tools (e.g. Tracxn, Pitchbook), ecosystem monitoring and media announcements; maintain a proprietary and enriched deal database AI & Data Infrastructure • Build and maintain internal data pipelines and dashboards for real-time tracking and visibility • Build and maintain AI agentic monitoring and research workflows using LLMs for automated data capture, monitoring and enrichment

Who You Are Required • 1–4 years of experience in India in one or more of: Startup sourcing platforms, MBB knowledge centres or Big 4 transaction advisory • Hands-on experience with multiple deal data platforms: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Tracxn, VCCEdge, CapIQ, PitchBook, Preqin, Bloomberg • Excellent familiarity with AI tools — LLMs, research agents, automation tools — and demonstrated ability to build automated agentic workflows and automations using Claude and other coding tools

• Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis, BI, SQL and data visualization skills • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex analysis into crisp, actionable workflows and outputs for senior investment professionals • Deep familiarity with the Indian startup and VC ecosystem Preferred • Engineering and MBA from a premier institution or strong academic background in CS, Economics, Statistics
