Job Summary
The Experienced RFI Professional will play a critical role within the Capital Raising and Client Relations team, responsible for drafting, populating, and managing Request for Information (RFI) responses. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of EQT’s business lines and investor base, with potential for leadership in RFI processes. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, timely responses to investor and consultant requests, support process improvements, and eventually oversee RFI workflows and team management.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare client-facing due diligence materials in response to investor and consultant requests.
- Ensure responses are timely, accurate, and of high quality by utilizing existing knowledge bases and templates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within the Capital Raising and Client Relations team to gather and validate information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for drafting processes, content management, and technology usage.
- Develop a deep understanding of EQT’s fundraising processes and operating model to prepare for future leadership roles.
- In Phase 2, take ownership of the drafting function by overseeing workflows, managing incoming requests, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor the drafting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Drive standardization, scaling, and automation of processes across the team.
- Contribute to data management and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of the drafting and operations functions within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 5–7 years of experience in the Private Markets industry.
- Experience in financial services, private equity, or related industries is a plus.
- Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in progressing to a managerial role.
- Familiarity with knowledge management or content automation tools, with a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve workflows, collaboration, and scalability.
