We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai and contribute to our projects&#39; success through expert backend support and technical discussions.</p> <p dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Manage backend site operations and coordinate effectively with on-site teams.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Facilitate technical discussions with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and processes.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and comprehensive documentation using AutoCAD.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Troubleshoot and provide remote support for site-related technical challenges.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Maintain quality assurance in line with company standards and industry regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Key Requirements:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and design.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proven site experience with a deep understanding of construction operations.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong knowledge of backend operations and coordination processes.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">3-5 years of experience in a related technical role.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</p> </li> </ul>
