Job Summary

The AEM Engineer will be responsible for integrating and managing content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while ensuring effective analytics tracking and data mapping. This role is crucial for enhancing the organization’s digital experience and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage JS/CSS via AEM ClientLibs to ensure a seamless experience across platforms.
• Map AEM content to standardized Data Layer/Event Driven Data Layer for consistent data reporting and analysis.
• Configure analytics tracking variables, including eVars, props, and events, to gather meaningful insights from user interactions.
• Create data layers to optimize data collection and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Leverage Adobe Launch for tag management and deployment of tracking codes.
• Utilize tools such as AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug for testing and validation of configuration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and CSS.
• Knowledge of configuring analytics tracking variables (eVars, props, events).
• Hands-on experience creating and implementing data layers.
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch for tag management.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tools such as AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and data layer best practices.
• Familiarity with additional analytics platforms and tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM and analytics-related roles; up to 7 years of experience is acceptable.
