Job Summary

The Digital Lead will partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to transform the Consumer Health vision into impactful, technology-enabled business outcomes. This strategic role will spearhead digital transformation initiatives across the region, particularly in high-growth markets such as India and North Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC leadership and customer/category/technical teams to convert strategic vision into actionable digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global Consumer Health digital teams to align on strategy and navigate trade-offs at an enterprise level.
  • Prioritize and fund high-impact digital initiatives, aligning with platform teams during annual planning.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to implement technology solutions for key business outcomes.
  • Work closely with platform leads to define short-term technical milestones aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Track and report progress on digital initiatives, sharing key insights and learnings quarterly with APA leadership.
  • Coach teams to drive adoption and maximize the value of digital tools and platforms.
  • Champion a product- and platform-based digital operating model and support AI-driven transformation.
  • Take ownership of at least one strategic enterprise-level initiative, working closely with platform unit leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or business strategy implementation.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and the Consumer Health or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results.
