Job Description
Sales – B2B (Green Beans & Roasted Beans) Role: Drive bulk sales of coffee beans (green & roasted) sourced from our own farms and partner estates. Build strong client relationships with roasters, distributors, and specialty cafés. Responsibilities: ● Acquire and manage long-term supply agreements with B2B clients. ● Achieve monthly sales targets (bags/month). ● Identify and onboard distributors, roasters, and café chains. ● Build repeat business and maintain account relationships. ● Coordinate with production team for smooth fulfillment. Requirements: ● 3–5 years’ experience in coffee/food & beverage/agri-trading sector. ● Strong existing network with roasters, distributors, and specialty cafés. ● Proven record of B2B sales and client acquisition. ● Creativity to build sales stories around product, origin, and brand. ● Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
