<p>Supersox is looking for a sharp, proactive, and results-driven <b>Sales & Marketing Executive</b> to help drive business growth and brand visibility. While the core focus will remain on business development, this role will also involve supporting the marketing function across campaigns, activations, and brand outreach.<br />
Ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys outbound outreach, and is equally excited to contribute to marketing initiatives, this is a high-impact role that blends sales execution with brand strategy.</p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>Sales / Business Development:</b><br />
• Make outbound calls and engage with potential clients to pitch Supersox offerings.<br />
• Understand client requirements and identify fit for business conversion.<br />
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a structured follow-up system.<br />
• Manage the lead pipeline and support the sales team in driving closures.<br />
• Explore new business categories or segments through research and outreach.<br />
• Represent the Supersox brand in a professional and engaging manner across all touchpoints.</p>
<p><b>Marketing Support:</b><br />
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.<br />
• Coordinate with design/content teams for sales collaterals, presentations, and marketing assets.<br />
• Support planning and execution of on-ground activations, pop-ups, or retail events.<br />
• Track and report performance of marketing activities relevant to business leads.<br />
• Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product and marketing teams.</p>

<p><b>Desired Profile:</b></p>
<p>• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles.<br />
• <b>Excellent communication is non-negotiable</b> – you should be confident, clear, and persuasive.<br />
• Comfortable with outbound calling and client engagement.<br />
• Exposure to marketing coordination, campaign support, or event handling is a plus.<br />
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable multitasking across sales and marketing functions.<br />
• Proficiency in English and Hindi preferred.<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</p>
