Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to join a global Capital Raising & Client Relations function supporting institutional investors across international markets. This role offers exposure to investor communications, fundraising support, due diligence processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management within a dynamic investment management environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare investor/client-facing RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and other due diligence materials.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality responses leveraging internal knowledge repositories and templates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment, product, compliance, and client servicing teams to gather and validate information.
- Support institutional investor and consultant requests across multiple geographies.
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and enhance content libraries, templates, and knowledge management repositories.
- Support automation and scalability initiatives within the investor servicing function.
- Handle multiple deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in RFP/RFI/DDQ management within private markets, asset management, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting institutional investor communication and due diligence processes.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative global environment.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with interest in operational improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to content management systems, workflow optimization, or automation tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in fundraising support, investor relations, or capital raising functions will be an advantage.
