Please find the summary of our discussion below:

Designation - Vice President - Sales
Location - BKC, Mumbai
Role reports to - CEO - Sonam Srivastava
The incumbent must have around 8 to 12 years of core experience working in the Asset Management vertical and comes with established connections across the UHNI, HNI, Family Offices, and MFD space.
It is a new individual contributor role where we are first to look for candidates from the AMC & Wealth space.
Budget for the role - Fixed compensation - Open to discuss (Open to give ESOPs as well)

Fixed Compensation	Across all Levels
Proposed Percentage	16.67%

Note - 1. The definition of CTC will include all the components in the salary structure including retirals, the gross fixed salary cost excludes any variable payouts including any sign-on and/or guaranteed bonus.

2. Replacement /Guarantee Period: 3 months (not applicable in case of internal movements, role redundancy, structural changes, and death of a placed candidate)

3. Scrabble will have exclusive coverage on the mandate, any reference coming from the network needs to be routed through Scrabble.
