Website: https://madmix.in/ Madmix is focused on strong customer understanding, digital-first growth, and high-quality product experiences — making CRM a core function in their brand journey. � � Role: CRM Executive Role Overview (Simple Explanation) This person will handle all customer communication, email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, customer journey automation, and ensure customers stay engaged, reorder, and love the brand. They work closely with marketing and operations to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute & optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS & WhatsApp ● Build customer journeys (welcome flow, repeat purchase flow, abandoned cart, offers, retention etc.) ● Analyze CRM dashboards & customer behavior data (RFM, user cohorts) ● Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, and reduce churn ● Coordinate with marketing for new launches, promotions & retention strategies ● Track campaign performance using CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage, Shopify tools) ● Manage customer loyalty program & feedback loops ● Work with Ops & Customer Support to resolve key customer experience gaps ● Create CRM calendars & automate communication workflows Skills Required ● 2–4 years of CRM experience in D2C, FMCG, or digital-first brands ● Strong understanding of customer lifecycle & retention metrics ● Hands-on with CRM tools (Klaviyo/WebEngage/Mailchimp/Shopify email etc.) ● Basic analytical & reporting skills ● Ability to write campaign briefs & customer-friendly communication ● Problem-solving & customer-first mindset
