Job Description
Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets for our online website. • Optimize the online website's performance by monitoring and analysing key metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product development, tech, and CRM, to ensure a seamless online experience that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and values. • Coordinate with the tech team to implement website improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize user experience. • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop personalized customer journeys, enhance customer engagement, and drive repeat purchases. • Oversee the development of compelling copy and content for the website, product descriptions, email marketing, and digital campaigns. • Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful visuals and creatives that align with our brand identity and enhance the online customer experience. • Optimize website content, product descriptions, and visuals to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. • Leverage your strong MarTech background to implement marketing technology solutions and drive automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential growth opportunities. • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure excellent customer experience and handle inquiries and issues effectively. • Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to generate regular reports on website performance, sales, and customer behaviour for management review. • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing strategies and leverage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
