<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>
<p> </p>
<p>The VP – Partnerships will lead the <b>partnerships charter end-to-end</b>, shaping how our unsecured lending business collaborates with external institutions to accelerate growth, enhance product depth, and strengthen our digital distribution ecosystem.</p>
<p>This is a senior strategic role responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with <b>banks, NBFCs, fintechs, ecosystem players, and digital platforms</b> that enable scale, differentiation, and sustainable economics.</p>
<p>The mandate spans <b>partnership strategy, commercial design, ecosystem development, and cross-functional leadership</b>.</p>

<b>1. Partnerships Strategy & Ecosystem Development</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Define the overall partnerships roadmap to support business growth, customer acquisition, product expansion, and credit supply.</li>
<li>Build a diversified ecosystem of partners across:<br />
lenders, fintech enablers, digital platforms, aggregators, OEMs/marketplaces, and category-specific ecosystem players.</li>
<li>Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities aligned with business priorities.</li>
</ul>

<b>2. Strategic Alliances & Business Expansion</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead origination, evaluation, and closure of strategic alliances that drive:
<ul>
<li>higher funnel volumes</li>
<li>improved approval/activation rates</li>
<li>new lending constructs</li>
<li>cross-sell opportunities</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Develop scalable partnership models—embedded finance, API-led distribution, co-created journeys, and marketplace integrations.</li>
</ul>

<b>3. Commercial Structuring & Portfolio Governance</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive commercial negotiations including revenue models, payouts, cost structures, joint value propositions, and SLAs.</li>
<li>Establish governance frameworks and business review mechanisms with all key partners.</li>
</ul>

<b>4. Digital Integration & Product Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead API integrations and end-to-end journey alignment for all partners—acquisition, verification, underwriting, fulfillment, and servicing flows.</li>
<li>Work closely with Product, Tech, Risk, Credit & Ops to launch and operationalize partner-led journeys.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless partner experience through robust processes and scalable integrations.</li>

<p><b>5. Growth, Scale, and Performance Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Create dashboards and performance frameworks to track partner contribution across:<br />
lead inflow, conversion, approval rates, disbursals, unit economics, cost of acquisition, and customer quality.</li>
<li>Drive continuous optimisation across funnels and partner-level performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>6. Industry Relationships & Stakeholder Leadership</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Represent the company with CXO-level stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and digital businesses.</li>
<li>Strengthen long-term, high-trust relationships across the ecosystem.</li>
<li>Act as a strategic advisor internally on partnership-led growth opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>7. Team Leadership</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and lead a high-calibre Partnerships team across:<br />
partner acquisition, account management, integration, and partner operations.</li>
<li>Set OKRs, ensure capability development, and drive execution excellence.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Who you are:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute only</li>
<li>(IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, JBIMS, IITs, or equivalent.)</li>
<li>12–18+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem alliances, or platform growth roles within fintech, BFSI, lending, payments, digital platforms, or high-growth tech businesses.</li>
<li>Strong network and credibility across banks, NBFCs, fintech enablers, and digital ecosystem partners.</li>
<li>Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate, close, and scale complex partnerships.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of unsecured lending, digital journeys, API integrations, and regulatory considerations.</li>
<li>Experience managing P&L-linked partnership outcomes and high-growth funnels.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives at scale.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, execution discipline, and leadership presence.</li>
