Partner Development Manager
Job Summary
As a Partner Development Manager at LeadSquared, you will drive growth and expand market reach by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the education sector. This role involves building relationships with SIS providers, CRM resellers, marketing agencies, and independent consultants to generate referral leads and enhance brand visibility. You'll collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and steady revenue generation from the partner network.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Connect, establish, and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, SIS providers, CRM resellers, and education consultants to drive mutual growth. Develop strategies to ensure LeadSquared’s solutions align with partner offerings and market needs.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management: Regularly engage partners to drive referral leads and maintain strong relationships. Conduct training sessions to keep partners updated on new product launches and developments.
- Strategy and Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay informed of market trends. Evaluate partnership impact on revenue and make recommendations to optimize results.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue contributions from partners. Prepare insights and recommendations for stakeholders based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with finance and sales operations for partner commission payouts and invoicing of partner-referred deals. Work with marketing to organize webinars, events, and co-branded initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the SaaS or technology sector, ideally with experience in education.
- Strong outbound skills.
- Willingness to travel to conferences.
- Proven experience in building partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including technology resellers, consultants, and agencies.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and LeadSquared’s core offerings.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with an ability to engage partners for long-term success.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure partnership impact and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education sector.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and CRM systems.
Experience
