<ul> <li>Develop and manage multiple&nbsp;Google&nbsp;Ads campaigns, including keywords, bids, ad copy, and targeting</li> <li>Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and meet performance goals</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute testing strategies to improve campaign performance</li> <li>Use&nbsp;Google&nbsp;Analytics&nbsp;to track website traffic and conversions, and provide insights to inform campaign strategy</li> <li>Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement</li> <li>Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and tools, and provide recommendations for new techniques to improve campaign performance</li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights</li> <li>Mentor and train junior team members as needed</li> </ul> <br /> <b><i>Requirements:</i></b> <ul> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field</li> <li>2-3 years of experience managing and optimizing&nbsp;Google&nbsp;Ads campaigns</li> <li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;Google&nbsp;Analytics&nbsp;and experience using it to track website performance</li> <li>Excellent data&nbsp;analysis&nbsp;skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Self-motivated, with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to continuously learn and improve.</li> </ul>
