Job Summary
The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within the organization. This position is responsible for driving effective HR initiatives to standardize policies and systems, reduce attrition, and ensure flawless execution across all HR functions. The HRBP will also spearhead Learning & Development programs for doctors and manage talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized HR policies and systems across the organization.
- Drive initiatives to reduce employee attrition and enhance retention strategies.
- Oversee the Learning & Development (L&D) programs for medical staff to ensure continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align HR objectives with business strategies.
- Lead the HR team of 17-18 professionals in delivering HR services to support organizational goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR interventions and refine strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and talent management.
- Proven track record in leading HR initiatives that drive organizational performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in data analysis and HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a healthcare setting or working with medical professionals is advantageous.
- Knowledge of state-specific employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and HR analytics tools.
Experience
- A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
Environment
The position operates in a distributed setup, involving various locations across the clinics. This role may require travel to different clinic sites as necessary.
Salary
Estimated salary range: 60 Lakhs per annum.
