Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· The incumbent will be responsible for overall admin and facilities operations across all regional sites by leading a team of admin team members across GPL.
· The incumbent would be required to provide necessary business support, infrastructure, employee benefit services, vendor management, contracts and procurement of admin-related facilities.

Travel Management
· Ensure end-to-end travel management of employees including senior management.
· Overseeing and supporting MICE requirements for all regions – Domestic and International destinations
· Effective handling of employee transportation prioritizing women safe travel
Infrastructure
&
Standardization
· Standardization of site facilities across regions to have uniformity in services.
· Promote cost-saving and sustainable initiatives in the site offices.
· Create and regularly update SOP’s related to all admin operations.
AOP and
Non-Manpower Cost Savings
· Assisting with planning the Admin AOP and monitor the expenses on a month-on-month basis.
· Governance and management of overall admin operations expenses by adopting to new vendors while ensuring quality and consistency in the operations.
· Generate Savings through Sustainable measures, manpower resource planning, travel cost saving initiatives etc.
CSAT & Employee Initiatives
· Ensure superior employee experience in terms of travel and facilities including various vendor performance.
· Partnering and organizing with HR teams on employee engagement activities through the year.
· Custodian of various types of employee reimbursements such as travel, accommodation, Sodexo meal vouchers.
Technology
· To incorporate and implement technology in Admin processes keeping abreast with the latest trends.
