Job Description

Purpose Will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill vacant
positions within the factory. This involves collaborating with department managers to
determine staffing needs, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting
interviews, and completing hiring formalities. and implement initiatives to improve job
satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Job Responsibilities
/ Deliverables
• Lead the site HR operation team to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive HR automation for providing ease to employee.
• Recommend changes in employment policies, processes, practices and
administer the same
• Conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and
engagement initiatives
• Prepare, review and analyze employee statistical reports to supporting business
decision making.
• Partner and support HO team in implementation of critical HR initiatives from
time to time per organizational direction
• Support in internal and external HR audits.
• Work closely with Business heads to understand organization imperatives and
prepare key and individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical
data, business requirements and priorities
• Responsible for smooth On-boarding experience for Manager and above
position
• Ensure the confirmation process is adhered to policies / Processes as per the
timelines
• Provide support in maintenance of accurate data (MIS) for various HR process
• Reduction attrition for Ambernath plant by taking appropriate actions
• Ensure to adherence to Employee engagement and Sankalp calendar
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Ensure positive candidate experience and leading employer branding initiatives
• Hands on sourcing to fill open positions and supervise the recruitment team to
ensure quality talent hired within TAT
• Manage the talent acquisition team and ensure adherence to TAT and internal
customer satisfaction.
• Ensure minimizing recruitment costs YOY, while enhancing the quality of talent.
• Enhancing Campus relations, Internal Referral plans, IJPs and other initiatives to
ensure steady stream of talent
• Proactive stakeholder management, to ensure a positive stakeholder experience
(internally and externally)
• Responsible to motivate and train team members to build confidence and get the
best output
• Plan career paths and plan their short-medium- and long-term growth plan
• Prepare MIS slides and maintain Trackers on an ongoing basis
• Ensure consistency across team members understanding and data accuracy
• Proactive, accurate and timely submission/presentation of TA related data to
management team/stakeholders
Qualifications & Pre-
Requisites
• Sharp eye for talented people.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. Staying updated on AI
and other avenues of building efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment
process.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Hands-on working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
• Excellent communicator, Well-organized.
• Desire to work in a dynamic environment, seeking opportunities to implement
‘out of the box’ ideas and initiatives.
