Job Summary

The Supply Chain Transformation & Data Head will drive strategic, digital, and operational transformation across the end-to-end supply chain. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process excellence, technology adoption, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the supply chain transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects using technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics.
• Reengineer supply chain processes and champion change management initiatives.
• Own data governance, ensuring master data accuracy and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors for seamless execution of projects.
• Develop strong business cases and manage project budgets effectively.
• Lead and mentor a high-performance team, including third-party and contract resources.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in supply chain, transformation, or operations.
• MBA from a premier business school (e.g., Indian School of Business, Indian Institutes of Management) is mandatory.
• Strong project management skills and expertise in data analytics.
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within supply chain management.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization tools.

Experience

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain, transformation, or operations.

Environment

• Work setting: In-office.
• Location: Bangalore.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹17,000,000.
