Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with salons, distributors, and other potential partners in the Chennai region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
