we don't have a JD in place but it's for Avataar Ventures  We are looking for someone with experience in FP&A / Business Finance.  One who has managed the entire P&L and good excel skills He will be responsible for Avatar’s inhouse team but will be helping with portfolio companies too.

1. 3-5 years experience in FP&A building excel models. FP&A role
2. Strong in excel, PPT etc
3. Savvy on automation, Al
4. Well versed with accounting, audit standards etc
