The CPO will own the entire lifecycle of large, complex hospital developments, acting as the single point of accountability across land feasibility, liaisoning, design management, project execution, supply chain, and commercial controls. You will work closely with the promoter group and senior leadership to translate long-term vision into physical assets of enduring value.
What You Will Do
Lead identification and feasibility of new hospital sites, shaping expansion strategy from day zero
Own all statutory approvals and government liaisoning across multiple jurisdictions
Set the design vision and manage top-tier architects, healthcare planners, and consultants
Deliver large capex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Build strong procurement, cost control, and billing systems for multi-project execution
Create scalable project governance frameworks as the portfolio grows
