Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while collaborating with various business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple business units.

• Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other BAs to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

• Analyze current business processes and propose Salesforce-based improvements.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process mapping.

• Prepare functional specifications and user stories.

• Perform UAT coordination and ensure end-user satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

• Ensure the solutions align with Salesforce best practices and business objectives.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand and articulate complex business processes.
