The role requires strong relationship management, lead generation skills, and hands-on experience in managing the complete loan lifecycle—from sourcing to disbursement. Key Responsibilities ● Source home loan business/files from the assigned builder channel. ● Generate, nurture, and follow up on home loan leads. ● Manage documentation process: login, sanction, and disbursement of files. ● Work towards achieving the assigned disbursement targets. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned builders and customers to ensure consistent business growth.
