Python Full Stack & Backend Developer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop high-performance applications, focusing on backend services using Python and frontend development using React.js. Your work will involve building, integrating, and optimizing cloud-native solutions primarily on AWS, ensuring maintainability and scalability while actively collaborating with clients to address and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance full-stack applications, emphasizing backend services in Python and frontend development in React.js.
• Build, integrate, and optimize AWS cloud-native solutions, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and AWS SAM.
• Implement scalable data modeling and performance tuning for DynamoDB.
• Develop responsive, secure, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Work with REST APIs for both building and consuming data across the backend and frontend.
• Collaborate closely with clients to analyze, reproduce, and resolve reported issues while maintaining professional communication.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, containerization (using Docker), and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) to facilitate efficient deployment pipelines.
• Ensure best practices in version control with Git and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Provide support during client working hours, handle escalations with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development with a focus on performance.
• Strong understanding of DynamoDB data modeling and performance tuning.
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Backend Skills (Mandatory):
  • Python (advanced, performance-focused)
  • AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, AWS SAM)
• Frontend Skills:
  • React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components)
  • Familiarity with Redux/Context
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• Cloud/DevOps:
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker
  • Experience with AWS Amplify (authentication, API, storage)
• UI/UX:
  • Skills in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI frameworks like Prime React/MUI.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and client handling skills.
  • Ability to perform quick turnarounds on issue resolution and provide proactive updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern frontend build tools and practices.
• Familiarity with other UI frameworks or libraries.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development with a strong emphasis on full-stack capabilities.
